- 1 cup unsalted butter alternatively 1/2 cup butter with 1/2 canna butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- A pinch of salt
- 1-2 bottles of CBD oil (depending on your desired dosage)
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and stir well.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg and a pinch of salt.
Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until a uniform dough forms.
Now add the CBD oil and mix it well into the dough. The dosage depends on your personal preferences and needs. Start with one bottle and adjust the amount as needed.
Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Take the dough out of the fridge and form into small balls. Place the balls on the baking sheet and flatten them slightly.
Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow the CBD-infused Christmas cookies to cool on a rack before enjoying.
Note: Please note that CBD dosage may vary depending on the product. Consult the instructions on your CBD oil or extract and adjust the amount accordingly to achieve your desired dosage.
Alternative: Instead of CBD oil, you can also use CBD-infused butter (Canna Butter). For this recipe, I recommend about 1/2 cup of canna butter, depending on your personal preference and tolerance.
